Riverline's Secret Master Plan (just between you and me)

Riverline is building India's bank of 2035 which will leverage AI to serve personalized, financial services to millions of credit-starved Indians.

As you know, today at Riverline, we have AI agents deployed across call and WhatsApp, who communicate with thousands of borrowers everyday, who are unable to repay and communicate to understand their situation and help them repay. These agents are always here to listen. They never get tired and they persistently follow up.

In a patient debt-collection system, everybody wins.

• Starting from the borrower. Who starts cooperating and pays back.

• The bank is actually able to get more money recovered so they can lend out more

• The collection-agents are not continuously stressed to pressurize the customer. They focus on actually listening and solving the more complex problems of the customer

Goal is to make credit-line flow smoothly like a River. River-line.

So in a nutshell, our secret master plan is:

• Replace call centers with AI-agents to automate debt-collection.

• Use these AI-agents to own and resolve different loan books

• Study all these loan books to find a credit-segment we can uniquely disburse loans in.

• Drive down loan operations with just AI-flows and launch a bank that offers lower interest rates
